Advantage names new finance chief

Keith Webber has joined the Advantage Travel Partnership as finance director.

Prior to joining Advantage, Webber spent four years at First Mile, London’s largest privately owned recycling and waste management business.

He created and developed the firm’s finance team, working closely with the CEO and senior team in supporting and preparing the business for a primary exit to private equity investors.

Webber began his career at Thomas Cook as a chartered management accountant.

He gained experience in a variety of roles in tour operations and retail, working on several projects such as the relocation of JMC to Thomas Cook headquarters, the merger with MyTravel and various off-shore initiatives.

Webber joined Western & Oriental Travel and Regent Holidays as head of finance in 2010 after 15 years at Thomas Cook.

Advantage CEO Julia Lo Bue-Said said: “We are delighted to have Keith onboard and part of the Advantage team.”
