Insight Vacations has added five new journeys to its 2019 Europe & Britain programme and expanded its Insight Experiences offering.
Three trips in Greece, an Easy Pace Malta trip and a Northern Lights winter itinerary through Scandinavia are new for next year’s collection, which features 96 journeys.
The 12-day Greek Island Hopper starts in Athens, where a local guide takes guests to ancient sites, including the Acropolis and Parthenon before the group takes a ferry on the Aegean Sea to the islands of Santorini and Mykonos. Prices start from £3,525.
Northern Lights of Scandinavia, over ten days with winter departures, takes guests through Finland and Norway to Nordcapp, dubbed the northernmost point in continental Europe. It leads-in at £3,425.
Easy Pace Malta, over either four or six days, includes a tour of the island’s ancient architecture and fisherman’s markets, its capital Valetta and the Blue Grotto. The four-day trip starts at £975.
The escorted touring specialist has also added to its Insight Experiences range of trips to meet and dine with locals and understand the cultures of the destinations. Its Jordan Experience now includes a visit to the Iraq Al-Amir Women’s Cooperative.
Ulla Hefel Bohler, chief executive of Insight Vacations, said: “As experts in European travel for the past 40 years, we highly value our loyal travel agents and our goal is to help make 2019 their best booking year ever.”
The programme launch coincides with a new agent incentive, #dineindineout. For every Europe 2019 booking of seven days or more made between October 11 and November 30, agents will receive a £50 MasterCard to dine in or dine out. Email your name, booking number and agency to Agency.Sales@ttc.com to claim the prize.
