Mark Warner has announced that it will re-open a resort on the Ionian coast of Greece.
The Paleros Beach Resort is due to open in May 2019 after a multi-million Euro investment. The site used to be a Mark Warner resort around ten years ago and will be completely redesigned for its re-opening.
It will feature a 130-room hotel with doubles, suites and family rooms which the company says will be furnished to a five-star standard.
Activities at the new resort will include sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, tennis, biking with the option for guided tours as well as fitness classes. All are included in the cost of the holiday.
Guests will have the option to go half board with breakfast and dinner, and will be able to upgrade to full board to include lunch.
Childcare is available for infants from four months to teenagers aged 17 and is free for those aged 2-17. It includes tailor-made activity programmes for each age range and catered for by English speaking nannies.
It follows the opening of Mark Warner’s Phokaia Beach Resort in Turkey earlier this year.
Managing director David Hopkins said: “This marks a significant step in Mark Warner’s evolution and represents a wonderful chance for us to tailor make this fantastic resort to our guests’ requirements.”
Prices start from £799pp including flights, transfers, accommodation, half board, water sports, cycling, tennis and childcare.
