Marco Rosa set to leave Pandaw River Expeditions

Marco Rosa is to leave his job at Pandaw River Expeditions at the end of the month.

He has been sales and marketing vice president at the company for two years.

Rosa previously worked at Abercrombie & Kent, Orient Express and Costa Cruises.

He could not be reached for comment.

Pandaw funder Paul Strachan said in a note to the trade: “”During his past two years with us as marketing vice president, Marco has done much to help build the Pandaw brand and further establish Pandaw’s reputation as a premium river expedition operator.

“We wish Marco well and thank him for all he has done for us.”

Andre Dryer continues to head sales and reservations for the operator and Shannon Morgan will continue to manage an office in Australia.

The company as just completed sea trails of new 12-cabin Laos vessel Sabadee Pandaw which is due to enter service next month.

Two further vessels are due to be added next March to sail the Ganges and Brahmaputra rivers.
