British holidaymaker dies in fight in San Antonio, Ibiza

A British holidaymaker died in a fight on the seafront of San Antonio in Ibiza.

The 23-year-old, named locally as Conor Lee, was reported to have been involved in a fight with another group of holidaymakers from the UK.

He was reportedly staying at the Hotel Bergantin, near the beach.

Spanish police said the victim died in the early hours of Sunday morning. No arrests have been made.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office said it was providing assistance to the family of a British man who died and are “in touch with the local authorities who are investigating”.

A 24-year-old British holidaymaker was found floating in a marina in San Antonio last week – a month after the body of a 19-year-old man was pulled from a pool in Sant Josep, also on Ibiza.
