Landal GreenParks to open first resort in Scotland

Landal GreenParks is to open its first resort in Scotland later this year.

Set in 650 acres of Angus countryside, Piperdam Luxury Resort will operate as Landal Piperdam from September.

The property, owned by Coppergreen Developments, will have new luxury loch-side lodges and larger accommodation with snooker tables and mini casinos.

A programme of year-round all-weather activities, on-site restaurant, spa and indoor soft play area also feature.

The resort, which has a nine-hole and 18-hole championship golf course, is 45 minutes from Carnoustie, Gleneagles and St Andrews.

Piperdam will be Landal’s fifth new UK addition in under 18 months following Landal Sandybrook, Landal Gwel an Mor, Landal Kielder Waterside and Landal Darwin Forest.

Landal GreenParks UK breaks are exclusively available to the trade through sister brand Hoseasons.

Landal Piperdam will be bookable from September on its agent portal of the Hoseasons website, or through its agency sales department.

Head of sister brand Hoseasons Simon Altham said: “We are delighted  that the Coppergreen team have joined the Landal GreenParks family and become our first Scottish resort,” he said. “We now have five quality locations for agents to sell from Scotland to Cornwall and a compelling offer stretching the length and breadth of the UK.”
