Sandals has promoted Leah Marshall to director of sales.
Marshall has been with the business for more than 20 years and led the launch of Sandals and Beaches Resorts’ UK tour operation, Unique Caribbean Holidays UK Ltd.
She joined the company in 1995 as sales manager, working her way up to head of sales.
Karl Thompson, managing director of Unique Vacations UK Ltd. and Unique Caribbean Holidays UK Ltd. said: “Leah is integral to the running of our UK operation and she really is Sandals through-and-through.
“She is one of the most dedicated people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and this passion clearly shows through in her results. Under her direction, trade sales have increased consistently every year including a 20% rise since the launch of UCHL, of which she played a huge part in. This promotion recognises everything that Leah and her team have done for our business.”
