The Association of Cruise Experts is launching a new text service for travel agent members allowing them to access additional information.
The AskACE system is designed to help agents with the sales process and is also available for agents to have their own queries answered.
ACE director Andy Harmer said: “Having access to the most up-to-date and relevant cruise information is an important part of selling cruise holidays and since everyone has access to a mobile phone, we hope the new text service will make our cruise information and resources much more accessible to everyone.”
The new service is part of the plan to increase agent education this year and which also includes new online training courses aiming to help agents build their business while there will also be new training sessions at its region Cruise Expo events.
