Hill Dickinson partner and head of aviation and travel, Joanna Kolatsis, has left the law firm to set up a consultancy business.
Kolatsis has been with Hill Dickinson for four years and her last day was June 30.
She plans to launch her new business in August following a month’s break and said she would be on hand to conclude any ongoing industry matters she is dealing with throughout July.
Details of her new venture are yet to be announced.
She said: “I have taken the decision to leave the firm and set up my own consultancy business. I do so with Hill Dickinson’s blessing and this new challenge represents a very positive next step for me.”
