Ryanair names new non-executive director

Chartered accountant Róisín Brennan has been named as a new non-executive director of Ryanair.

She is a former chief executive of IBI Corporate Finance where she had extensive experience advising public companies in Ireland.

Ryanair chairman David Bonderman said: “We are pleased to welcome Róisín Brennan to the board of Ryanair Holdings.

“Given Róisín’s considerable experience and skills in the field of finance and as a non-executive director, she will, I believe, be a significant and valuable addition to both our board and audit committee.

“We all look forward to working closely with Róisín to grow Ryanair safely and profitably in the best interests of our customers, our people, and our shareholders.”
