Virgin Atlantic to introduce Heathrow-Las Vegas route

A new Heathrow-Las Vegas route is being introduced by Virgin Atlantic next year.

The airline will also operate a second daily service between Heathrow and Boston.

Seasonal flights to Barbados from the London hub will return between December and February 2019.

Las Vegas will be served from March 31 next year with a three class Boeing 787 Dreamliner with fares starting at £369.

The additional Boston frequency also from March 31 will be operated by an Airbus A330-300, making 100,000 additional seats available. Fares start at £313.

Barbados flights lead in at £554 with fares on sale from Saturday (May 19).

Virgin Atlantic chief commercial officer Shai Weiss said: “From spring 2019 we’re making it even easier for customers to travel from London Heathrow to Las Vegas and Boston by introducing new flights.

“The new services have been timed to offer convenient onward connections for UK and US customers, and feature our award winning service, a three course meal and inflight entertainment on every flight.

“We’re also pleased to bring back our popular seasonal service between London Heathrow and Barbados to offer even more choice for holidaymakers.”
