Sarah Wikevand has been promoted to managing director of independent cruise retailer ROL Cruise.
Former managing director, Jeremy Dickinson, will adopt a more strategic role as chairman of the business.
Wikevand will drive cruise sales growth and cruise partnerships.
An additional two internal facing managing director positions created, taken by Ellie Fielder and Rosie Weir.
The new positions have been created to further accelerate growth on the back of a record year with sales of more than £150 million.
Dickinson said: “We have ambitious plans and the creation of these new appointments will give us the necessary enhanced infrastructure and focus to accelerate continued growth.”
