LGBT travel firm OutofOffice.com yesterday acquired Out4You, the company behind the TravelGayAsia.com and TravelGayEurope.com websites.
The deal, for a reported six-figure sum, comes as OutofOffice.com – founded by former ITN news journalist Darren Burn – aims to raise £10 million to invest in growth of the TravelGay brand.
OutofOffice.com was founded in 2016 and specialises in tailor-made holidays to LGBT-friendly destinations.
It is part of London-based Palatinate Group which runs a number of specialist travel businesses including yourgolftravel.com, spabreaks,com, racingbreaks.com and lovevelo.co.uk.
