Travel insurance firm White Horse has clinched a partnership with European travel insurance broker InterMundial.
This will see White Horse become the underwriter for InterMundial across Spain and enhance the company’s presence in Europe.
This deal forms a key part of a strategy that includes growth in new markets and further third party relationships.
InterMundial is the largest travel insurance broker in Spain and also has a significant presence across Europe.
The business was established in 1993 and offers travel, sports and business insurance to more than 2.5 million customers a year, selling via travel agents, tour operators, airlines, online travel agents and its own website.
White Horse managing director Brian House said: “This is a fantastic new deal for White Horse, and marks further progress in our strategy to create new partnerships and grow our footprint across Europe.
“The agreement will give InterMundial customers access to one of the best travel insurance offers on the market, and the peace of mind to enjoy and make the most of their well-earned holidays.”
InterMundial chief commercial officer Arturo Moreno added: “This new deal opens a world of opportunities for the InterMundial group/
