Club Med upgrades Turks and Caicos resort

Club Med’s adult-only Turkoise resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands is to be relaunched as a ‘four trident’ property for the all-inclusive operator’s winter 18/19 programme.

From May, it will be upgraded in the French firm’s version of the star rating system.

New additions include a new infinity pool, a new resort centre and bar, redesigned deluxe rooms and a diving school for guests to use equipment to explore the islands’ surrounding marine life.

Sales for the winter programme went live yesterday (March 14) with 15% off offers until tomorrow (16th) across 27 selected ski and sun resorts.

Club Med’s La Pointe aux Canonniers resort in Mauritius is to add 108 new rooms and open an adult-only Zen area with infinity pool and poolside bar, new family-friendly area with children’s water games, new spa and revamped restaurants.

The programme will also include flagship ‘four trident’ ski-in ski-out resort Club Med Les Arcs Panorama, due to open in December 2018 at the Les Arcs 1600 ski station in France. The resort will have 410 rooms, 24 luxury suites, a spa, gym, three restaurants and three bars.
