Flybe boosts London City-Belfast frequency

Frequency is being boosted by Flybe between the city airports in London and Belfast.

Twelve flights a week are being added to the schedule from May 7.

Up to six flights day will run between London City and Belfast City airports with a total up to 35 services a week.

New morning, early evening and weekend flights are being introduced.

The first weekday service departs at 08.55am and the last returning at 5.40pm with a flight duration one hour and 40 minutes.

One-way fares start at £39.99 including taxes and charges.

A spokesman for the airline said: “Flybe’s enhanced London City schedule will give a particular boost to those business customers travelling on one of the carrier’s most popular routes.

“It provides more day return options as well as an extra service on both Saturday and Sunday for weekend travellers.”
