The European operator behind bedbank Youtravel is expanding its hotel interests with new brands.
FTI Group-owned Meeting Point Hotels is adding Kairaba Hotels & Resorts, Clubs Plus Resorts and budget hotels.
These will join the established LABRANDA Hotels and Resorts portfolio, with five new sub-categories, and recently introduced Design Plus.
The company is also expanding into The Gambia with two new properties in addition to ten in Turkey, eight in Egypt, seven in Greece and three in the Canary Islands.
The 190-room Seya Beach Hotel will be the second Design Plus hotel to open from June 14 in Alaçatı on the western coast of Turkey.
FTI Group managing director Roula Jouny said: “I am thrilled to share these brand additions.
“As each brand develops and flourishes on its own under the umbrella of Meeting Point Hotels, I am certain that guests will find their spot depending on what they’re looking for.
“We are concentrating on developing product differentiations where every brand caters to the right audience while emphasising heavily on increasing service levels across our hotels.”
She added: “Design Plus, a hotel collection by Meeting Point Hotels, was recently launched and I’m ecstatic with the success of the award-winning Bex Hotel, the first Design Plus hotel that opened last month in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
“The rollout of the rebranding and implementation of the various hotel brands is planned to be finalised by the third quarter of 2018.
“We’re looking forward to showcasing our portfolio in all eight countries and welcoming guests with our promise of hospitality delivered with a local flair.”
