Ryanair is to add a route from Liverpool John Lennon to Paphos in Cyprus for winter 2018/19.
Flights will operate twice weekly on Sundays and Wednesdays from October 28, with passengers able to book from March with one-way fares starting at £38.99.
Ryanair now operates 33 routes from Liverpool.
Paul Winfield, director of aviation development for LJLA, said: “We are delighted to see Ryanair take the opportunity to add flights to Paphos from Liverpool which is on one of the largest unserved markets from here.
“This new service will allow passengers from across the North West to fly to Paphos from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and enjoy a best in class passenger experience.”
A sale is on until Friday, March 9, with prices from £19.99 to celebrate the launch.
