Tailor-made holidays specialist Audley Travel was named the highest ranked tour operator in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For.
The firm was ranked 63 overall and received two stars in the annual report’s accreditation system.
The firm was the highest rated tour operator on the list, the report stating that 86% of Audley staff saying they are proud to work for the business.
In addition 83% of the operator’s staff said their work at Audley is an important part of their life.
Audley Travel human resources director, Jemimah Parnell, said: “We are very proud to receive this recognition as we constantly strive to make Audley Travel the one of the best places to work in the travel industry.

Audley Travel was also recognised in the Top 100 list for mid-sized companies in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and the Top 100 for small companies from 2005 to 2008.
