Headwater has launched a range of holidays appealing to multi-generational families, including new French and Spanish itineraries.
The specialist operator offers single-centre and hotel-to-hotel holidays to its new destinations, plus Austria and the Maltese island of Gozo.
Next summer, families wanting to mix a beach break with gentle activities can stay in the Spanish village of Calella de Palafrugell.
Holidays to Calella de Palafrugell, Girona, Spain, operate from April 14 and October 13 and cost £849 per person. The price includes seven nights’ B&B in a hotel, three evening meals, bike hire and a Headwater rep, but excludes travel.
Headwater has added two new French centres in the medieval walled town in Dinan and Hotel Meysset in Sarlat.
From May 19 to September 15, families can explore Dinan’s port, restored squares, 13th-century castle and Gothic basilica.
Prices start at £889 for seven nights’ B&B, including bike hire and support from a Headwater rep.
