Phokaia Beach Resort will be inclusive of water sports and have 160 rooms including twins, family rooms, suites and villas.
Situated on the beach on the Aegean coast, it will also feature land-based activities such as tennis and mountain biking as well as childcare facilities in addition to its windsurfing, sailing, paddle sports, water skiing and wakeboarding.
Tuition is available for guests, who will also have access to three swimming pools including a baby pool and heated indoor pool.
Young guests, from babies to 17-year-olds, will be looked after by fully qualified, English speaking nannies and are available at evenings.
The hotel will be run on a ‘Resort Board’ basis, offering Full Board for five days and Half Board for two days and guests will be able to explore the nearby town of Foça, a five-minute drive away.
Mark Warner was last in Turkey in 2016 at Seagarden Beach Resort near Bodrum.
David Hopkins, Mark Warner’s managing director, said: “We are delighted to be back in Turkey and the fantastic Phokaia Beach Resort is tailor-made for our customers. We are confident the excellent facilities, prime beachfront location and high standard of accommodation will appeal to our discerning guests.”
Prices start from £679 per person and will include flights, resort transfers, ‘Resort Board’, water sports, cycling, tennis and childcare from two years (the service is chargeable for infants aged four months to two years).
The resort will be bookable from Monday December 18.
