Travel management company Reed & Mackay is to take over French business travel firm Frequent Flyer Travel Paris.
The acquisition for an undisclosed sum follows a deal with German TMC Moll Travel earlier in the year.
Frequent Flyer Travel Paris claims to be the only TMC in France with an integrated geolocation service through an exclusive agreement with an industry-leading provider.
It also has an events and group travel department capable of servicing full event management.
Reed & Mackay chief executive Fred Stratford said: “Following on from the launch of the international partnership in April and the investment in German based TMC, Moll Travel, the acquisition of French TMC, Frequent Flyer Travel Paris (FFTP) creates further opportunities to deliver the extraordinary service we are known for.
