Colin Wilson to leave Travelsphere after more than a decade

Colin Wilson is to leave Travelsphere and Just You after more than ten years.

Wilson, who was sales director at the sister tour operators, said he always intended to leave once the transition to new owners G Adventures was bedded in.

G Adventures bought the former All Leisure Group brands in January. This followed the collapse of the All Leisure Group.

Wilson, who previously worked at Lunn Poly for 21 years, said: “Once the transition was bedded in it was always my intention to firstly take a proper break and then look for a new challenge. It has been incredibly fulfilling to help lead this business but the time is now right to seek the next opportunity. This I intend to do after a break.”

Managing director Alastair Campbell said: “Colin has made a tremendous contribution over more than 10 years and no more so than during the last year as we have transitioned to new ownership under G Adventures. His commitment to assisting us through the transition process has been invaluable. Colin leaves with our very best wishes for the future and enormous thanks for his contribution to our continued success.”
