Speaking at WTM, UK director Julian Mills said contact details for agents will be added on to the consumer facing website in quarter one of 2018, at the same time as a new training platform launches.

He said agents who educate themselves on Tahiti product using the new training course, attend face-to-face training and fam trips will become specialists and will then be listed as specialists.

He added: “Our new website launched just a few weeks ago and in quarter one of next year we’ll relaunching our agent training platform as well as introducing a new website on the consumer facing website to highlight those agents who have really dedicated their time to learning about Tahiti.”

The new training programme will educate agents on the history and heritage of the island, where to go, and what visitors should do while there.
