Back-Roads Touring expands Europe offering

Back-Roads Touring has added 10 small group tours for 2018 to its new Europe brochure.

The tour operator, a member of the Association of Touring and Adventure Suppliers (Atas), is offering an early booking discount of 10% on all 2018 tours, a saving of up to £779 per couple. It is available on bookings until August 31.

The brochure features 50 tours, taking in new destinations including Iceland, Naples, Malta and Madeira, and feature cruises and land-based tours.

The ten new tours are: Cornwall Food Tour; Royal Tour of Britain; Battle of Britain; Malta Highlights; Madeira Highlights; The Baltic Highlights; Iceland Highlights; Sail the Bay of Naples; Champagne and Great War Cruise; and Loire Valley Cruise.

The 7-day Malta Highlights tour starts from £2,099.

In addition to the new tours, the brand has also introduced sailing trips in Italy and Croatia and canal cruising in France.

Back-Roads Touring UK & Ireland business development manager Lockie Kerr said: “We take customer feedback seriously and have used this to develop new products and a brochure that we know reflects market demands.

“We have seen a trend of travellers moving towards combining a number of our tours into one trip, so the availability of both land and water based experiences expands the possibilities for Back-Roads Touring customers when travelling with us.”

Details of the early bird 10% off deal can be found at backroadstouring.com/2018earlybird.

The operator will be attending the inaugural Atas conference in Birmingham on October 18-19.
