Meet Luke Nguyen
Chef, author, television presenter and APT Ambassador
Luke Nguyen is a renowned Vietnamese-Australian chef, who opened his first restaurant in Sydney at just 23.
Since then he has authored seven best-selling and award-winning cook books; judged and hosted for the popular TV show MasterChef Australia; been inducted into the Sydney Morning Herald’s Food Hall of Fame for his cooking and travel programmes; and opened further successful restaurants in Sydney, Brisbane and Hong Kong, plus his GRAIN cookery school in Ho Chi Minh City.
He has also proudly worked as APT Ambassador since 2011.
Luke relishes the opportunity to provide travellers with a culinary insight into the local culture, history and people, bringing his signature cooking style to APT’s Luxury river cruises through Vietnam & Cambodia and Myanmar.

Each training module completed during the period will earn an automatic entry into a prize draw to win a place in a cooking class with Luke Nguyen at Waitrose Cooking School, Finchley Road, London on Tuesday, 5 September 2017.
