Scenic and Emerald Waterways support Reuben’s Retreat

River cruise sister brands Scenic and Emerald Waterways are to support Reuben’s Retreat.

A sum of £5 will be donated to the charity for every prize claim made as part of the firms’ River Rewards trade incentive scheme.

Reuben’s Retreat was founded in 2012 in memory of Reuben Graham who died aged 23 months after a battle with a rare and aggressive brain tumour.

The charity provides support from counselling, well-being treatments and therapies, to activity days, short breaks and support groups.

All Scenic and Emerald Waterways bookings made translate into points which can be redeemed against a selection of gifts including perfumes, clothes, designer handbags, electrical goods and cruises.

Agents can sign up to River Rewards and claim prizes from their first booking.

Acting national sales manager Dawn Quinn said: “We are delighted to be able to support Reuben’s Retreat, a charity which does invaluable work towards helping and improving so many lives.

“We have been incredibly touched by the way the retreat offers an outstanding selection of support and services catering for the individual specifically, to ensure the care they receive is relevant to their needs, and we look forward to working closely with this worthwhile charity in the future.”
