Advantage Travel Partnership teams up with WorkAdvisor

Advantage Travel Partnership is to partner with travel recruitment and employer review provider WorkAdvisor.

The deal gives members of the consortium access to reduced rates and access to three different recruitment packages to suit the needs of the employer.

Advantage’s business development team offers assistance in nurturing and engaging talent, capitalising on the groundwork laid down by WorkAdvisor in finding the right staff to recruit.

All three recruitment packages include a dedicated account manager, access to the WorkAdvisor database, social media access and employer branding opportunities, job description support, CV vetting and salary benchmarking.

All job posts are advertised on the WorkAdvisor website together with leading paid job boards including Reed, CV Library, Monster, Indeed, Glassdoor and Adzuna.

WorkAdvisor also supports travel employers to build their brands to attract and retain the best talent.

It offers anonymous employee reviews, which give instant employer feedback and data. Both of these services are offered to Advantage members at no extra cost.

Advantage senior business development consultant Nicole Freer said: “We like the way WorkAdvisor is able to provide different recruitment solutions for both leisure and business travel members.

“The partnership complements our ever-growing suite of tailored business solutions for Advantage members.”

WorkAdvisor managing director Paul Moran added: “We are delighted to be working with Advantage Travel Partnership as their preferred recruitment service supplier for members.

“We offer advertising rates that are extremely competitive, which allows businesses of all sizes to work with us. We support employers through the recruitment journey from writing a job description to hiring the perfect candidate.”
