A revamp of Cunard Line Queen Victoria’s has seen a new lido sun deck lifted into place on the rear of the ship.
Passengers will gain additional deck space as part of the £34 million refurbishment of the ship at the Fincantieri shipyard in Palermo, Italy.
Queen Victoria was taken out of service on May 5, with the work due for completion by June 4.
The refurbished ship will then return to Southampton before embarking on a four-night mini cruise from Southampton to Amsterdam and Bruges.
