Monarch expands Lapland programme with Birmingham flights

Holidays to visit Santa in Lapland from Birmingham airport are being introduced by Monarch next winter.

Flights will run twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from December 1-26 offering three or four-night breaks.

Three night trips to Levi in Finnish Lapland from Birmingham start at £749 per person.

Activities include reindeer sleighs, husky sleds, snowmobile rides and a meeting with Santa.

Monarch sales director, Gary Anslow, said: “We are really pleased to be extending our Lapland programme to Birmingham for this coming December.

“Our trade sales team will be out and about in the next few weeks visiting our agent partners to make sure they have everything they need to make the most of these new departures.

“Our Lapland holidays from Gatwick and Manchester are always sold out, so extending to Birmingham departures is great news for those wanting to fly from the Midlands.”
