Travel industry dons red noses for Comic Relief

Members of the travel industry were out in force donning their red noses for Comic Relief.

The Avis global travel and partnerships team joined British Airways staff at Heathrow Terminal 5 to collect donations from passengers and took part in a spot of Zumba with X Factor quarter-finalist Chico.

Cruise and Maritime Voyages head of marketing, Mike Hall, took time out to supervise a team of car washers.

CMV car owners donated between £4 and £10 for a car wash. Meanwhile, other staff were kept busy baking and selling cakes.

Staff raised almost £200 towards Comic Relief.

Seven agent members of The Global Travel Group celebrated red nose day after completing the consortium’s two-week training course for new members.
