Bmi Regional has promoted Fabrice Binet to sales and business development director.
He steps up following success in growing the airline’s presence across France, Italy and the Czech Republic.
Binet will now manage a team responsible for sales across the network, including existing and potential customers in the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Italy and the Nordics.
Chief commercial officer, Jochen Schnadt, said: “Fabrice has been a consistent and competent member of the commercial team working on various sales and business development campaigns at Bmi Regional and we’re delighted that he will continue to contribute to the company’s on-going development.
“With his previous experience at the airline and his product knowledge, we are delighted to have found a superb in-house candidate to take on this role and develop new business opportunities and relationships for Bmi across the UK and the whole of Europe.”
Binet said: “I’ve worked with the airline for a few years now and its strong reputation for quality, comfort, reliability and punctuality are all values I hold strong.
“I look forward to continuing to develop our business and to broaden my role to cover the whole of the UK and Europe.”
