Join the Tourism Society for an informative evening seminar on new technology for tourism businesses, focusing on the new initiatives, systems and programmes available. Changes and innovations in technology are taking place at alarming speed and many in the industry will be finding it time consuming and confusing trying to keep up-to-date with all the new and exciting improvements that are happing. This evening event aims to inform Society members and guests about the new technology available to them, what the benefits are, how it works, what the lingo means and how they can start using it. Web2.0, social networking, viral marketing, travel SIM, search engine optimisation are just some of the subjects that will be covered in this event, if you haven’t heard of one or all of these subjects then this is clearly an event you cannot afford to miss! Who should attend? Anyone working or studying in tourism with an interest in new technology.
