The Association of Independent Tour Operators is to organise its first ski trip for members.

AITO social secretary Steve da Costa said the three-night trip would be held in Slovakia, departing on March 4 2010.

He said there is limited availability for AITO members on the trip. It costs £25 per person including flights and accommodation as well as ski hire and lift passes.

Da Costa said: "It is not a trip for ski operators only, it is a trip for anyone who is interested in learning more about Slovakia. I've tried very hard to organise a trip that's going to be for everybody."
