ACE launches accreditation scheme for top cruise agents

(14 November 2008)

The Association of Cruise Experts is launching a new scheme designed to reward agents who excel at selling cruise.

The ACE Ambassador accreditation scheme will recognise the achievements of the 'top tier' of UK cruise agents.

Agents who reach 600 points through ACE's training modules will become ACE Ambassadors.

The new scheme will be launched on December 1 and follows a tenfold increase in the number of people completing the ACE training modules in 2008.

ACE business development director Andy Harmer said: "The ACE Ambassador scheme will acknowledge the achievements of agents who make that extra effort to ensure they provide their customers with the best possible advice and guidance.

"In times of uncertainty, the ACE hallmark also provides reassurance to the public who can book with confidence, knowing that the agent is knowledgeable in all aspects of cruise."
