Hays Travel, has taken on four new directors to head up roles in marketing, Hays Faraway, Hays beds and foreign exchange.

The new head of web and direct marketing is Charlie Bateson, who joins the company from Trailfinders.

Nick Coates has taken the role of sales and commercial director for Hays Faraway, who in the past set up a successful luxury tour operator, Audley Travel.

And Nigel Hebron from Huntsman Chemicals is the new finance and commercial director for Hays Beds Limited, Hays new subsidiary which will supply hotel and apartment accommodation to the rest of the group.

Existing staff member Sue Jarvis has become the new finance and operations director of Hays Foreign Exchange  and Andrea Kendal has taken the role as head of cruise for Hays Travel group.
