Cruising and pampering may go hand in hand, but when it comes to the top end of the market the operators take it to a whole new level.

As we see in the latest issue of TWcruise, passengers who sample the delights of the ‘ultra luxury’ five-star-plus sector can expect the royal treatment, from luxury suites and staterooms,and spas and treatments, to exciting activities to sumptuous food – not to mention top-notch excursions at exotic ports of call.

Luxury cruising is big money, and with passengers spending top dollar on high-end itineraries, they understandably want some bang for their buck. As a result, operators are under constant pressure to raise their game, but as we see they are more than up for the challenge.
