DFDS relaunches trade website

DFDS Seaways has re-launched its agents' website to help strengthen its relationship with the trade.

It is promised the new site will improve navigation and make it easier and quicker to book.

Registered agents can access the operator's crossings, short breaks and holidays through the site and make bookings, which are now automatically added to their account and the commission calculated straight away.

The site is now categorised into sections such as 'latest news' and 'training and competitions' so that agents can find the information they need more easily.

Contact details - including telephone and email information - of the sales team will also now be available.

DFDS Seaways UK sales manager Andrew Crowe said: "At DFDS Seaways we value the relationships we have with our travel agent partners. Therefore, it was necessary to reinvigorate the trade only website to make booking so much easier."
