The first series of TV show Sex and the City will be shown on board big screens on Sea Princess this summer to capitalise on the release of Sex and the City: The Movie.

The film will be released on May 28 and is expected to re-ignite interest in the TV show.

Passengers on Sea Princess will be served cocktails as the TV series is shown on the ship’s outdoor screens. The ship is sailing out of Southampton this summer to the Mediterranean.

The cruiseline is running a competition for five agents and their partners or guests to win tickets to see the film in London as part of a Sex and the City-themed weekend break.

Winners will receive an overnight stay in a London hotel and tickets to see the film on May 31.
