Gold Medal is to introduce free phone 0800 numbers this week for the trade.
Head of travel industry sales Lee Marshall said the switch was intended to make it easier for agents to deal with the company.
He said: "We need to ensure we are making it easy for us to deal with you. From Monday we going to 0800 numbers so it's free to deal with us."
"It's about providing a service. All of want to maximise value for their pound. We have a responsibility to deliver that value."
