MSC Cruises officially christened its new ship MSC Poesia in Dover on April 5 2008.
It was the first time MSC Cruises has launched a ship outside Italy. Guests included singer Andrea Bocelli, actress Sophia Loren and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent.
