Royal Caribbean Cruise Line bosses took to the water this week with Olympic champion Sir Steve Redgrave as the company announced a two-year fundraising deal.

The cruiseline's latest ship Independence of the Seas, which launches in April, will be hosting events aimed at raising cash for the Steve Redgrave Fund, which works to improve opportunities for children and young people.
