Somak Holidays has launched its first stand-alone brochure dedicated to Namibia after seeing 28% growth in sales to the destination so far this year.
Chief executive Ash Sofat said the operator was hoping the brochure would help drive 30% growth in sales to the destination next year which is becoming increasingly appealing as consumers look for more experience-based holidays.
He added: "We want to push this market as much as we can which is why we have brought out the dedicated brochure."
The launch of the programme, which features two self-drive itineraries, six escorted tours, a flying tour and three pre-bookable excursions, is being backed by a trade press advertising campaign in January and February and will also be sold as part of multi-centre breaks.
Prices lead in at £1510 for the seven night Train, Coast and Desert tour including flights and transfers.
