Holidaymakers who were rescued after their cruise ship sunk in Antarctica have all arrived in Chile and some are now returning home.
All 154 passengers and crew landed in Punta Arenas at the weekend after their expedition ship, GAP Adventures' Explorer hit an iceberg and sunk at 7pm on Friday night.
They were initially evacuated into lift boats for up to four hours on Friday before being rescued by Hurtigruten's Nordnorge and another ship Endeavour.
Representatives from the consular offices of Australia, Britain, Canada and the United States were also on the ground in Punta Arenas over the weekend working with GAP Adventures staff to assist passengers.
A spokesman for GAP Adventures said an investigation into the accident hasn't started yet.
