Technology company Vertical Group has joined ABTA's Travel Industry Partner scheme.

By joining the scheme, the Vertical Group will have better access to ABTA members and preferential rates for the convention and other events, as well as access to ABTA services.

The  Travel Industry partner scheme was set up in 1996 to enable suppliers in the industry to forge stronger ties with the organisation and there are now more than 150 members.

Vertical Group founder and chief executive Peter Healey said: "Vertical Group has been in business for more than 25 years. We have excellent relationships with many of the top organisations in the industry and joining the ABTA scheme is an extension of this."
