The annual ITT President's Dinner was held at London's Dorchester Hotel on the 9 Oct 2007.

At the event former Liberal Democrat leader Charles Kennedy praised the travel industry for its contribution to the UK economy,   Travel Weekly was announced as the exclusive trade media partner of the Institute of Travel and Tourism and it was also revealed that the InterContinental Aphrodite Hills resort in Paphos, Cyprus would be the venue of the ITT 2008 conference, held 9-11 June 2008.
