Hays Travel agent Lucy Cooney headed to Rome last week after winning a competition organised by accommodation and transfer provider vacenza.com.

Cooney, from Sedgefield, Cleveland, won the three-night break with her boyfriend Michael after becoming the top-selling Hays agent.

She was presented with her tickets by vacenza.com regional sales manager Barbara Dixon.
