Cruise Convention: Costa Magica - 24 May 2007

(24 May 2007)
UK Cruise Convention 2007

Costa CruisesCosta Magica

What do you think of the cabins and the on board facilities?

The cabins were a lot more spacious than on Princess, they’re well fitted-out with good use of space. The bathrooms were excellet. Even the inside-facing cabins were ok, but I would look to up-sell clients to an outside cabin.
David Parker, Quote Travel, Leicester

What did you think of the food and the restaurant?

The cuisine on the ship has a real Mediterranean feel and the service is excellent, really fast. You’d have to make sure traditional English clients knew what they were getting though – they would have to be into a certain Mediterranean lifestyle.
Jeanette Stevens, Travel Counsellors, Hereford

Who would you market this ship to?

This ship would be ideal for mid-market clients on a budget who want something a bit different or special. It would be great for first-timers and couples too.
Tina Welch, Status Travel, Herefordshire
