Somewhere2stay adds transfers - 29 Dec 2006

(29 December 2006)
Trade accommodation-only specialist Somewhere2stay.com has launched an airport transfer and taxi service.

Transfers can be booked by travel agents via viewdata for Portugal, Turkey, Malta, Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Tunisia and Goa.

Prices start from £11 per person for a taxi from Lisbon Airport to the city centre.

General manager Kevin Currie said the airport transfers will be added to more destinations in the New Year.

"We are moving towards offering travel agents a complete service for dynamically packaging holidays," he said.

Meanwhile, the accommodation-only firm has overhauled its website design to make it easier for travel agents to select resorts and destination.

Somewhere2stay has 25,000 properties worldwide.
