*Photo guidelines:  
We need to be able to see you!  Ideally, photos should be reasonably close-up showing your head and shoulders.  As much as we love them, we can't use images in which you're a blurred dot on the horizon, mid-conga with ten of your mates, or nose-deep in a glass of chateau plonk.
